Definitions
Contract means: The contract between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms and Conditions.

Goods means: The articles that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller.
Seller, I, We, Stealthvape means: SVIUK LTD, 190 Queen Street, Withernsea, East Yorkshire, HU19 2LG, UK

Buyer means: The Customer who places an order, via the website or by telephone.
Terms and Conditions means: The terms and conditions of sale set out in this agreement.

Ordering
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

Age of Consent
Goods may only be purchased by persons over the age of 18

Product Safety and use
The products sold on our site are not intended for smoking cessation or as a cure to nicotine addiction. Nicotine is a poison and is addictive and harmful to your health. If you suffer from any sort of nicotine addiction or dependency you should consult your GP.  If you fail to do this you cannot hold Stealthvape responsible in any way for the outcome of using our products.

Privacy policy
We will not share your personal information with any third parties and will take every reasonable precaution to protect said information. Please see our privacy policy page for further information.

Delivery
We take no liability for any items lost or damaged in the post unless insured.
The customer is always responsible for any customs or import charges when ordering from outside the UK. If an item is returned to us by your local customs we will attempt redelivery. If an item is seized by your local customs it will be your responsibility. Please see your ‘Delivery and Returns’ section.

We make every effort to keep up to date with different countries import rules and which products are permitted for import. We limit the shopping cart to not allow prohibited items to ship to certain countries on a country by country basis. However it is ultimately the customers responsibility to understand and comply with their own countries laws. Any shipment containing prohibited items knowingly ordered by a customer will be exempt from refund in the event that the shipment is seized.

Right of seller
The Seller reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyer places an order.

The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order at their discretion.

Cancellation and Returns
The Consumer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 14 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Consumer fails to do so the Consumer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping.

Please note that we can take no liability for any items lost or damaged in the post unless insured. The customer is responsible for any customs or import charges when ordering from outside the UK. If an item is returned to us by your local customs we will arrange redelivery. If an item is seized by your local customs this will be your responsibility.
Once shipped if returned unopened, the Consumer will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and the costs of returning the product to us. Under distance selling regulations the Consumer can return any item within 14 working days of receipt providing the products remain in an unused and unopened state with original packaging.

Restocking Fee

The seller reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 11% of the good value and 100% of the shipping fee for returned products

Warranty

Warranty on Evolv boards is 12 months. Devices manufactured by Evolv have a 6 month warranty, and 3 months warranty on wear parts including but not limited to battery, buttons and cosmetic condition.

Electronic components and consumables such as wire sold on Stealthvape have a DOA day warranty only. You must let us know within 14 days of receipt of any issues.

If a refund is required the product must be returned in an unused state and any seals must be intact.

Any replacement parts are warranted from the date of delivery of the original order.

Limitation of liability
Stealthvape accepts no liability and will not be responsible for any loss, claims, damage, injuries, expense or suffering incurred as a result of any product or services provided by Stealthvape.

Changes To Terms
Stealthvape is entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.

1. ONLINE STORE REVIEWS

1.1. Customers of the Online Store have the option to voluntarily and free of charge submit a review regarding purchases made in the Online Store. The review may also include an evaluation, photo, or critique of a purchased product in the Online Store.

1.2. After completing purchases in the Online Store, the Seller provides the necessary data to create an email invitation to a company handling the survey process. The sending of surveys and the review collection process in forms are fully handled by TrustMate SA, headquartered at Bartoszowicka 3, 51-641 Wrocław. TrustMate SA sends an email to the Customer requesting a review, along with a link to an online form allowing its submission. The online form allows providing answers to Seller-related questions about purchases, evaluating them, adding a personal description of the review, and uploading a photo of the purchased product. In case of not providing a review after receiving the first invitation to do so, TrustMate may resend the invitation.

1.3. A review can only be provided by a Customer who has made purchases in the Seller’s Online Store.

1.4. Reviews provided by the Customer are published by the Seller in the Online Store and on the TrustMate.io profile.

1.5. Providing a review cannot be used by the Customer for unlawful activities, especially for actions constituting unfair competition against the Seller or actions infringing on personal rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of the Seller or third parties.

1.6. A review can only be provided for actually purchased products in the Seller’s Online Store. It is prohibited to enter into fictional/apparent sales agreements for the purpose of providing a review. The author of the review cannot be the Seller or its employees, regardless of the basis of employment.

1.7. A review provided can be deleted by its author at any time.
