Does it come with a tank?
No, no tank is supplied with this product. You only receive the device, charging cable and manual
What type of tanks are compatible with Boson DNA80C?
Boson has been designed to accept any standard Boro Tank
How long is the warranty?
LVE’s warranty is 6 months. We extend this warranty to 12 months with some exceptions. Wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse or neglect. The battery is not included in our extended warranty. The only costs to you for the extended warranty are any shipping costs should you need to return your device to us for repair.
How do I replace the internal LiPo battery?
The LiPo batteries in Boson are extremely high quality UN38.3 certified cells from Fullymax and are expected to still retain 80% of their original capacity after 300 charges. If you need a replacement battery, you can arrange to send your device in and we’ll fit a new LiPo for a small fee and recycle your old one. This service will only be available for customers that purchased their Boson 80C directly from Stealthvape UK or LVE Vapor UK directly.
We do not advise that anyone unexperienced with handling LiPo cells attempt to replace the battery themselves.
Which integrated tips will fit?
Any standard threaded boro tip should fit your Boson. That being said, the thread standard for integrated tips and nuts can vary between manufacturers so we’re unable to guarantee that every tip will actually fit.
