Acrylic DNA75 / DNA200 / DNA250 Screen / Board Holder (Blanked)

This item is suitable for DNA75 / 200 / 250 boards and has the fire button area blanked out making the board holder shorter and suitable for our DNA200 milled enclosures with separate fire button.

The photo show have the protective film still attached. This makes these parts much easier to photograph. When removed the screen mount is completely clear and colourless

This item consists of two laser cut acrylic parts designed to function both as a screen holder and board holder for DNA75 boards

Some of the photos show actuators and mounting kit, these are not included and are sold separately

If not using our actuators and mounting kit then the post holes are suitable for 3.5mm posts and actuators with a base of up to 9.1mm and 7mm respectively.

Split into two slices, the first board side slice sits on top of the components with cut outs for the taller parts. The screen slice is 1.5mm thick +/- the tolerance of the acrylic sheet. This is to allow for the difference between the several types of large screen OLED which can vary in thickness anywhere between 1.2 and 1.5mm. If you have one of the 1.2mm thick OLED’s it’s advised to pad the back of the screen with something like double sided tape.

If the screen is a tight fit shave off some of the inside edge on the screen slice, do not force the screen in they are delicate

The parts supplied may have either a blue or a white protective layer on one or both sides. Please remove before use or if you like the way it looks leave it on.

Where possible we’ll use Perspex brand acrylic for our parts. Where that is not possible we’ll use a generic brand. For these parts the board slice is Perspex, the screen slice generic clear acrylic.
